Column 2 – refers to technical services covering preparation of trade test standards, pre  and post training assessment and technical support in the preparation of post training impact assessment report

Column 3 –cost of classroom instruction for 8 hours per day total of which depends on the number of days

Column 4 – Trade testing services – in the form of written and practical test, supplemented by assessment of trainees on the job if retainer services is availed of.

Also covers the issuance of competency certificate

Column 5 – refer to retainer services if availed of.

Trainor stays with grantee company for coaching and technical support to trainees in applying what they learn, also coaching management in doing the necessary alignment in the facilities or systems to make a sustained impact.

This is beyond classroom instructions and can be optional. The total fees depends on the number of days of retainer services – maybe 2 weeks to 3 months or 5 days per grantee (or member of consortium)

 Column 6   include a comprehensive training kit which covers instructional materials and worksheets to be used during the workshop

 

All our fees are net of taxes.

Items 2-4 shall be paid at the end of the seminar with written and practical test results submitted.

Retainer fees to be paid at the end of retainer services.

Cost of trainers/consultants meals, travel, accommodation shall be to the account of grantees.
